How many bundles should I purchase?

For a full head using the lengths 14’’-20’’ we recommend 3 bundles. For a full head using the lengths 20’’-26’’ we recommend 4 bundles. Last, but not least, for the boss ladies that are ABOUT IT, 28’’ and up, we recommend 5 bundles. Generally, these quantities will work whether you are getting it sewn in with leave out, or use a closure/frontal. 

Of course, it is up to your discretion how full you want your install to be, the only must is to SLAY.

How long will it take to get my items?

Standard Shipping (Currently 5-10 Business Days, processing + shipping time)

For Clip-In extensions please note there is a production time of 7-9 business days before clip-ins are shipped.

What is your return policy? 

Due to COVID-19, in order to keep both the Black Label Bosses and us safe, we are not accepting returns. However, if you are experiencing any issues or are dissatisfied in any way, please reach out to us at blacklabeltresses@gmail.com.

How else has COVID-19 affected us?

Unfortunately, the pandemic has caused countries to go on lockdown resulting in a shortage of lace. So not only are lace products difficult to come by, the prices have skyrocketed. ☹️ As a result of this, we had to adjust our pricing in order to provide you ladies with the best quality lace units. When normal circumstances return, we will review our prices.

Keep in mind, if you would like to purchase a lace closure or frontal, you will need to  fill the request form with your desired closure/frontal, texture, and length and we will attempt to fulfill your request. Thank you for understanding.
